We recognize the importance of the work we do, from big projects to an emergency trash bag run, and bring persistence & hustle to it all. We go the extra mile, in spite of adversity, and we finish strong.

Challenge fuels us—we live boldly & act differently. Our ship has no quarters for mediocrity. Every day we wake up to create and dream, intentionally pushing the boundaries of our comfort zone. We are competitors who take calculated risks. We utilize our resourcefulness and hustle to earn the win. Often we hoist the flag of victory. However, when we fail we accept the loss, knowing we’ve left it all on the deck. In arduous moments, we regroup, dust ourselves off, and move forward with resilience & purpose.

We ask, “Is there a better way?” Inquisitive we must be. When assigned with tasks and projects, we seek first to understand what is being asked of us, we then plan out the best course of action. For repetitive tasks, we ask “Is there a better way?” We solicit advice, are open to feedback, and learn from our mistakes. We find the hotkeys that will make us faster and more efficient.
